A new extended phone service line will be available for travel in East Abilene. Weekly Route 6 stops at the Mall of Abilene. The trip can be booked 2 hours in advance and at least 7 days in advance.

Citylink offers free 'travel training' for people who want to join the fixed bus system. The program also teaches disabled and elderly people how to travel independently using public transportation. The program offers three types of training to meet the needs of each participant:
Participants in this type of training work with a travel trainer to practice using a bus to travel to the places they visit each day.
The Travel Trainer provides a general introduction to bus access to teach participants how to use CityLink services.
The Travel Trainer provides an overview of the accessible features of the bus and how to plan a trip, pay and travel safely in the community when using the bus.

CityLink continues to clean the toxic areas of the bus every time, with overnight cleanups. The passenger lobby area is disinfected throughout the day during business hours.
